Steven Belaire

Steven Belaire, 52, Superior, formerly of Iron Mountain, MI, died Thursday, September 27, 2012 unexpectedly in his home. He was born on July 27, 1960 in Kingsford, MI to Raymond and Nancy (Peterson) Belaire.

He graduated from high school in Kingsford, MI and he served his country in the United States Navy.
He was employed as a truck driver for Kivi Trucking. He was an avid sports fan and loved the Green Bay packers.

Steve is survived by two daughters, Melissa (Kenny Lessor) Belaire, Allison Belaire; one son, Jon Belaire, all of Norway, MI; his parents, Raymond and Nancy Belaire, Iron Mountain, MI; two grandchildren, MacKenzie and Tristan; one brother, Edward (Kathy) Belaire, Polaski, WI; the love of his life and fiance Pamela Gidley and her daughters, Christine Gidley and Cassandra Gidley, all of Superior and his little pug “Lucy”.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Debra (Gayan) Belaire.

There will be a private family service in Michigan.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Steve on Saturday, October 13, 2012 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Belgium Hall in Superior.
