Tanya Marie Hackensmith (Homich)

Tanya Marie Hackensmith (Homich), 36, Superior resident, passed away early on Saturday, August 1, 2015. She was born on April 18, 1979 in Duluth, MN to Donald and Bobbi Hackensmith.

She graduated in 1997 from Superior Senior High School.

Tanya will be missed dearly by everyone who knew her. She will always be remembered by her bright beautiful smile, and her very uplifting sense of humor. She enjoyed listening to music and dancing. She was very good at drawing and writing. Tanya loved spending time with her four beautiful daughters. She loved her family very much.

Tanya is survived by her father, Donald Hackensmith; her mother, Bobbi Hackensmith; brother, Dustin Homich; four daughters, Samantha and Morgan Lisdahl, Alexandra Corpron and Madison Homich and granddaughter, Raylee McDonough all of Superior, WI.

Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 PM, Thursday, August 6, 2015 in the Downs-LeSage Funeral Home, 1304 Hammond Avenue, Superior and continue until the 7:00 PM funeral service with Pastor Sarah Kerkes of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church officiating.
