Teresa Davern

Teresa Davern at 95 years of age, died May 18 ^th , 2022 at Benedictine Health Center in Duluth. She was born September 18, 1926 in Superior and was a lifelong resident of her beloved East End.

She was a homemaker who loved to take walks, garden, cook, play bingo, and donate a quarter or two at the one-armed bandit emporium.

She was preceded into Heaven by her parents Joe and Teresa; husband Earl; sons Bobby and Randy; brothers Frank, Joe, John, Eddie, Raymond and Richard; and sisters Rose, Margaret and Lucille.

She is survived by her son Richard (Judy) Davern and her daughter Robin (Rob) Ek. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Teresa also leaves behind her special friend, Zippy.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, May 27 ^th at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 2316 E. 4th Street in Superior, with the Rev. Fr. James Tobolski officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM followed by Mass at 11:00 AM with a reception immediately following the service in the church basement. A private family burial will follow.
