Terrance C. Engstrom

Terrance C. “Terry” Engstrom, 70, Lake Nebagamon, WI, passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 in his home surrounded by his family.

He was born on February 11, 1944 in Superior, WI to Leonard “Inky” and Lois (Freeland) Engstrom.

Terry graduated from the former Cathedral High School and continued his education at the University of Arizona.

He served his country in the United States Air Force.
He was a longtime pipefitter and retired as a pipeline inspector the Plumbers and Pipefitters Union Local 11 in Duluth, MN.

Terry married Pamela “Pam” Randall on April 20, 1973 in Grand Rapids, MN and celebrated 41 years of marriage.

He was a former Lions Club member and a member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union 11. He was an avid Green Bay Packer fan and he enjoyed fishing, hunting and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

In addition to his wife Pam, Terry is survived by one daughter, Carla Engstrom; two sons, Joe Engstrom and Brady Engstrom, all of Lake Nebagamon; two sisters, Bonnie (Don) Harvey, Lake Nebagamon, Bobbie (Steve) Engstrom-Germond, Superior and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Judy Ormston.

Visitation will begin at 12 Noon and will continue until the 2:00 PM Funeral Service on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lake Nebagamon with Pastor Darrell Kyle, officiating.

Military honors will be accorded at the church.

Burial will be in Lake Nebagamon Cemetery.

Pallbearers for the service will be Don Harvey, Sr., Don Harvey, Jr.; Steve Germond, Gene Randall, Dean Randall, Bruce Carignan, Marty Nelson and Lance Moreau

Honorary pallbearers will be Billy and Jeff Ormston and Al Follis.

Lenroot-Maetzold Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
