Theodore J. Wuori

Theodore J. Wuori, 84, longtime Maple, Wisconsin resident died Friday, December 20, 2013 at St. Francis in the Park, Superior, WI.


He was born on May 13, 1929 in Maple, WI the son of Matt and Elizabeth
(Hillberg) Wuori.

Theodore was employed by the Harvest State Grain Elevators as a car dumper.

He loved visiting friends and relatives and sharing a drink with them.

He is survived by one son, Richard (Beverly) Wuori, Duluth, MN, one sister, Alice Walimaki, Middle River, WI, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Angeline, five brothers, Raymond, Oiva, Paul, Sam and Ernest and one sister, Ellen Hill.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM Thursday, January 2, 2014 at Lenroot-Maetzold Funeral Home and continue until the 11:00 AM Memorial Service with Pastor Sarah Kerkes from Our Saviors Lutheran Church, Superior.
