Thomas L. O'Neill

Thomas L. O’Neill, 6l, Superior, died Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at Middle River Health and Rehabilitation Center in Hawthorne, WI. He was born on June 6, 1951 in Superior to George and Elaine (Kastner) O’Neill.

He was employed as a bartender at Lost in the Fifties Tavern.

Tom was a diehard New York Yankees fan and loved to shoot pool, fish and blues music.

He is survived by his longtime companion, Judy Mehtala, Superior; four sons, Donald O’Neill, Superior, Pat O’Neill, Twin Cities, MN, Thomas Mehtala, Superior, Jesse (Michelle) Mehtala, Superior; one daughter, Nicole Mehtala, Superior; four grandchildren, Lily Fogg, Gage Wuorinen, Colton O’Neill and Lily O’Neill; two brothers, George (Adele) O’Neill, Oxnard, CA, Mickey O’Neill, Warsaw, IN; two sisters, Kathy (Darren) O’Neill, Simi Valley, CA, April O’Neill, Warsaw, IN and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

There will be a Time of Remembrance on Saturday, October 27, 2012 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Peter Rich Center, 1201 No. 8th St., Superior.
