Todd A. Chevalier

Todd A. Chevalier, 60, lifelong resident of Superior, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 11, 2023, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth, MN. He was born on February 20, 1963, in Superior, the son of Raymond Chevalier and Margaret DeVogel.

Todd attended Superior Senior High School, furthering his education at WITC in the Automotive Program. He worked in appliance repair for Balcum Appliances for many years,

On September 13, 1986, Todd married Sandra Hull in Superior, recently celebrating 37 years of marriage.

Being a well-known repairman, Todd helped many people in his community. He also loved his motorcycles and spent as much time as he could riding during the warmer months. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, and will be missed by all.

He is survived by his beloved wife Sandra; daughters Sarah (Charles) Chevalier-Rood and Danielle (Patryck) Wallen-Becker; sons Adam (Lisa) Chevalier and Dustin (Hannah) Chevalier; grandchildren Elayne and Camdyn; sisters Cheryl (Mike) Peterson, Carrie (Pete) Brig, Anna (Ralph) Davey, Tabitha (Randy) Orr, and Denise (Mike) DeVogel; brothers Scott (Julie) Chevalier, Jody DeVogel, Bobby DeVogel, and Dennis DeVogel; and many nieces and nephews.

Todd is preceded in death by his parents and sister Terrie.

Visitation will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at Lenroot-Maetzold Funeral Home, 1209 E. 5th Street in Superior, and will continue until the Time of Remembrance Service at 1:00 PM. Reception to follow at the Belgian Club, 3931 E. 2nd Street, Superior.
