William J. Eastman

William J. “Willie” Eastman, 79, lifelong Superior resident, passed away on Friday, April 12, 2024, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth, MN. He was born in Superior on June 25, 1944, the son of Bernard “Casey” and Regina (Heff) Eastman.

Willie was an avid sports fan and loved the Green Bay Packers. He also loved big classic cars and taking trips to Las Vegas to visit his favorite casinos.

He is survived by his daughters Kacie, Tina, and Barbie; stepchildren Debbie, Tony, and Dennis; sisters Betty and Mary Jo; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Wille is preceded in death by his beloved wife Mary; grandson Anthony Cabrera; great-granddaughter Electra Nelson; sisters Peggy, Bernadette, and Toni; brother Bernie; and his parents.

A Celebration of Willie’s Life and burial at St. Francis Cemetery, will be held at a later date.
