William "Willie" Posio

William “Willie” Posio, 49, Superior resident, died Saturday, May 22, 2021 in Brule, WI. He was born on July 16, 1971 in Marquette, MI to John and Barbara (Brownell) Posio. He was employed as a PCA for Iris for many years. He attended the Eagle’s Club in Superior.

William is survived by two daughters, Alyssa Poiso and Elizabeth Tobolski; three sons, John and Kent Poiso and Damen Rankin; two grandchildren, Blaine Tobolski and Lucas Lamb; two sisters, Gloria (Sean) O’Brien and Jane (Michael Farris) Fontenot; his mother, Barbara Severson; fiancé, Billye Sue Grennier and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, John Posio and younger brother, Daniel Tapper.

He died doing what he loved best with his two best friends, Billy Carol and Mouse.

A Celebration of Willie’s Life will begin at 3:00 PM at the Eagle’s Club in Superior on Friday, May 28, 2021.
